Lag or Crash Issues

i was playing as usual.. and then suddenly everything kinda stops. its like its lagging or crashed somehow.. then when i clicked close, it didnt react to it. so i forced it to restart.

after i restarted, i open it again but now it stops at the loading screen after i logged in.so i force restart again because i cant close it again.

then after that, i refresh and tried the same thing again and now it stopped 3 minutes after im in the world so i literally cant click anything.. 

and that happens all over again until now.. its still like that

i even tried re-installing everything and installing another alternate viewer like catznip but its still like that..

what should i do to make it work? please help.. i need to do something really important on second life..
