Club Staff Group

The club I am GM of has ejected a couple people from our staff group but for some reason they are still listed on the chatters list. Neither one is in the members itself if we go to eject them from the chatter list it says they are not members. Is this a glitch or am I missing something I need to do?

Happens that way sometimes and they can still chat until they log out and back again.  I think you can right click their name in the side bar of the chat window and mute them. from chat 

Unless this has been something that has been ongoing and not just happened.

The other way of shutting them up is to turn off chat for a couple of hours until they are bored

they actually have logged out and back into sl but still shows them there and yes ive muted their chat and voice lol.

I assume you have logged out and in. So, if they still show I suggest you file a JIRA bug report.

JIRA bug report? any idea how or where I do that? Also can I file the report or does it need to be the club owner?
