Excellent location, right next to the sled run (watch for little moles popping up!) on the Alpine Trail in Seefeld. A good portion of the surrounding parcels are owned by LL, and the rest are good neighbors who have been there for years. 2,560 sq. m. with 878 LI. Will leave one or both cabins and trees if you like.
