Question

My SL girlfriend created a new account just to interact with me but she lost all of the account information.

She also created a new e-mail account just for that new SL account and forgot what it was as well.

She has been in the hospital and her sister has been doing all of her on-line stuff for her. Her sister managed to loose all of her login information for EVERYTHING.

I know the SL account name but nothing else.

The problem is that I have transferred a substantial amount of Lindens to that account.

Is there a way for her to get back into her account WITHOUT an e-mail ? She is really panicked !

Thank you

She needs to contact support,  not you.  Tell them she thinks her account was compromised and they will talk her through getting it all back.  She might have to answer the security questions she set up when creating the account

An SL password can sometimes be recovered from your web browser, if you have ever used it to log into this site.  Don't let the clueless sister do this, go to your GF's computer and do it yourself.

I have to say, it all sounds pretty fishy though...sick forgetful friend, clueless sister, large amount of $L...expect Linden Lab to be skeptical.
