I keep seeing where people are saying they saw a listing of an available houseboat. Where do you see that ?

I clicked that like and I only see for places. none with houseboats. Does that mean they are gone already?

Yes.  There will be more homes released every Mon, Wed, and Fri (roughly), but no guarantee that every release will have houseboats - most of them probably will be all or mostly Houses.
