Eleanor Anderton Posted August 30, 2019 Share Posted August 30, 2019 (edited) Usually there is a popup notice that the sim is restarting. At least, that is how it works on my private region parcel. Someone mentioned that is why they go stand in the possible region opening up, see the notice, and start clicking manually.
