Pull up the world map, type in SL16B for the region and hit enter. That will display all of the regions. Click on one that doesn't look very full and try to Teleport. Note that last night the busy ones were super laggy and almost all of my TPs took a few seconds to complete - sometimes even in the non-busy regions. I'm sorry to hear, as mentioned above the regions can be very laggy and even full right now. There are multiple locations so you may want to try another teleport. Lil's advice is good: try different regions. I went last night, and it took several tries, and a fair bit of waiting, before I could get in. The lag was also pretty fierce, but varied a bit over time. It's doable if you're persistent.
