Why won't Linden help non-premium members with Age Verification if so many cannot get it to work?

I am not a premium member but I was age verified

what  you need to do is this:

first log in to your account on http://www.secondlife.com

then go to the account section

then you will see a drop down menu go to age verification section

it is the 4th one down

then just choose your option on how you wish to be age verified

it is that easy and  it is secure

Not solved... Not easy I use Driver License and Social Security # to no verification.

Premium members pay for support, simple as that.

If you add payment info to your account and become Account Verified instead, you will still be able to change your maturity rating in preferences to access Adult content.

but not everyone at the ripe age of 18 has a debit or credit card they can add billing info with...

Did you join SL when you were under 18 and have since turned 18?

 

If so that is a different problem.
