I cant stop shouting on the chat

I keep continously shouting in the chat and I do not know how to disable. 

This is how it look like in the chat:

Its nothing that i wearing or a gesture.

Your local chat disagrees. You are wearing something that considers itself a microphone.
Go to a sandbox and detach ALL attachments, including clothing, hair and HUDs. Then slowly reattach everything and test by saying something in local after each item that you reattach.

Eventually, you will find what it is that shouts on your behalf.

As for the script that does this to you, it's a really simple one. It may even temporarily rename the object that you are wearing from whatever it is, to "Kayala Pearl's Mic" and then back again to the original name. It's really simple to write that and would take only a few lines. But the trick now is to find which attachment it is, it could be a ring, headphones, a HUD of sorts... anything.

I detached everything, but I keep screaming. Is there a way to stop all scripts?

I even reseted the av.

but it sure is a script, I just can not find it at all

Go to World -> Parcel Details/About Land.
On the General tab of About Land, click on "Script info".
Look under the Avatar tab to see what the scripted attachments is.
It's probably just the Firestorm bridge though.

Are you pressing [CTRL] + [ENTER] ?  Or maybe your keyboard [CTRL] is stuck?  Try a different keyboard?

I stopped to shout jut by teleponting to other placse an then coming back. Its was some king of crazy bug. Thanks for all the help.

I suspect you might have dropped that scripted mic attachment in your home.
