Try this...

I am guessing which error - a repetitive error message about the webkit failing, and that you are using Windows. You need tom set the program "slplugin.exe" to run in Windows 95 compatability mode.

Instructions for Windows XP....

Go to the SecondLife.... installation directory, right click on the file "slplugin.exe" and select "Properties". The properties dialog should open. Click the "Compatability" tab; check the checkbox that says "Run this program in compatability mode for..." and choose "Windows 95" from the dropdown control underneath it.
