Question

I am having issues with changing my email, as well, adding my new credit on my account, it keeps showing me the same card #

help would be appreciated

what kind of problems do you encounter?.. Just"not working "doesn't really help to guide to solutions.
You get specific messages?
Is your card a real Cc or prepaid?..
Did you confirm the email change?

Error on the email change, says i can not change it. my old CC i removed, i got a new one and it doesnt add it, it keeps adding the other one. no not prepaid. i have comfirmed the email change, but i have recently changed it, but i cant. no comfirmation, that tells me its changed

"There was an error processing your request. If you were attempting to update your email or offline IM preferences, please contact customer support."
