bought an item ingame never received?

Hi, im sure you guys hear this question all the time, but i purchased an item in game, it told me to not leave and wait for it to be delivered. Also said you  can track the live delivery and gave me a link. The link didn't work and i didnt receive the item, still waiting been about an hour and a half.

Sounds like you bought something off a Caspervend vendor. They are experiencing a large outage right now. 
Knowing Caspervend, the item will be delivered as soon as the outage has been resolved.
That is, if your money has not been returned to you because of the failed delivery.

In the meantime, hold on to the link that you were given which contains the transaction ID. This way you will have proof of purchase.
