Ditto Affinity Suite; total and permanent Photoshop replacement (Similar interfaces, easier to use, just as powerful for the heavy-lifting stuff) and perpetual license, too (no overpriced recurring rental fee ~holds nose, points at Adobe~). - And I say "suite" because Photo with Designer and even Publisher work amazingly well together, especially when creating Vendor and Market Place adverts.
VanillaLovelace
I bought Affinity Photo and Pixelmator and like both. So its a difficult question to answer, which of both is my favorite and of course my opinion is no reference to others, for everyone has a different approach in editing photos ...
Maitimo
Paintshop Pro for me. Photoshop has priced itself way out of my budget, and so far there's nothing I have wanted to do that PSP can't accomplish, at a fraction of the price.
