how do i submit a support ticket for a basic account?

I need help with getting a folder that is missing from my inventory it is my babies folder I paid lots of money for them and it is now missing... i went to help, but i dont see the contact support option to submit a ticket ..plz help with some direction on this...ty in advance Emariz Elman

Hello Emariz. Here you can submit a ticket (big patience required). Tickets arent suggested for basic members. Don't consider impossible your folder to get back soon or no. We have often temporaly issues with inventory. My suggestion is to try to clear your cache and to move in a region with less lag. Lime is a protected land which is recommended.
