Viewer problem

I am having problems again with my SL viewer. I log on, but the viewer gets stuck and does not open. This has happened several times. The problem arises every time I buy something new, and things seems to freeze in my inventory. I have to use another computer (a Mac) to log in and get things "unstuck. " This last time, nothing happened. I can't enter the viewer on my PC.

I suspect it's this Intel graphics driver bug: BUG-225655 - Viewer freezes while "Loading world..." - Intel HD 620 / Intel HD 630, Windows 10

While the viewer is at the login screen, go to Help -> About Second Life (or Firestorm) & click the "Copy to clipboard" button & paste all your system information here.
