What's the average waiting time on Billing support tickets?

I haven't been able to buy Lindens in about a month.  I just filed a support ticket. How long should I settle in to wait, do you think?

Well, I fixed the problem by doing the most obvious thing - re-adding the card.

If you wait for them it could be close to 2 weeks. No kidding!
