Will new Linden Homes have the SL experience?

@Patch Linden After browsing some of the topics, I grew curious as to added features that home owners might be able to experience in their new Linden homes on SL land.  Would they be able to enjoy the Second Life experience features?  Examples like AVsitter, auto attach props, Intan and so on. I use these myself a lot on my own private rental and on other sims I work with and its a very enjoyable feature if enabled.  Would love to see these features included if they are not already set up.

yes those will work.

( it's rarely needed, not forbidden , to tag Lindens for daily questions)

As the owner of the parcel where your Linden Home is, you can enable any experiences with a G or M rating (not A).   Avisitter is enabled for the whole of Bellissaria by default as far as I know (it should be) and I think it's enabled for the older Linden Homes, too but I'm not sure.  It should be, since for several months now we have used the Avsitter system when we make LPDW furniture with multiple animations and sits.  

If it's not enabled, the home owner can enable it as described here:
