I can log on just fine and then when i log off it does this to my computer. I should say it just started today.

So it was not my graphics card at all it is the new Windows 10, version 1903. I would refrain from updating.

Yep, the Windows 10 1903 update is causing this problem on systems with Nvidia graphics.
The bug is fixed in Firestorm release & LL will soon have a fix in their viewer.
For now, if you use the LL viewer, the best workaround is to use the shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+WIN+B to reset the display driver when the screen goes haywire after exiting the viewer.

Yes actually got a hold of SL live chat support. And i actually had my laptop that i did not update to the new windows 10 1903 and SL worked perfectly fine. And then reverted back to the old windows 10 on my desktop and worked fine again.. lol.
