1 dollar has been debited from my account but I can not exchange linden using the same card

Hi,

new here I have added my credit card for the billing information, it was added successfully one dollar was debited but when i continue try to buy L$ it says there has been some problem completing your request.

Please Help

Right.  That means that your card failed the test.  It's standard practice in many companies -- Linden Lab among them -- to test a new account by making a nominal paper charge against the account and then reversing it.  No money actually changes hands, although the transaction will show up briefly on your account as a charge followed by a refund, if successful.  The point of doing that test is to be sure that your payment method is capable of sending and receiving money instantaneously.  Debit cards and most prepaid cards will fail the test because they cannot receive cash in on-line transactions.  So, that's what seems to have happened in your case.  I suggest registering a verified PayPal account as your payment method instead.
