Jeojeot just got connected to other mainland

Did anyone see it? at the northern side there's a L shaped channel that connects through a new area (I am assume that's the new linden homes) into other mainland areas

That's been there for weeks. We can sail from Jeoghot to Bellesaria to Sansara now. Drivers of SL did that route as a group two weeks ago.

Region crossing failures are a problem, because there's no place to re-rez anywhere in that L-shaped water route of over 25 sims.

That continent is called Bellisseria. You may have come across the name a few times.

Its great. Took off the limiter on my speeder and dragged it at 250 m/s (est) and made every crossing. OK the camera took three weeks to catch up. Going the other way more sedately I realised not a lot to see

Nothing in the channel regions, for sure.

I never much explored the old Linden Home regions. Wandering Bellesaria coastline (where I have a houseboat), I realize exploration there is quite different from exploring regular old Mainland. On Bellesaria the units are all from the same selection but the residents have personalized their spots.

You know, I'm really not sure whether that's a lot to see, or not.

I went there when those regions were new, waaaay back when. 
I also went back sometime before Belliseria opened and on both occasions, I was less than impressed. That very first time I didn't even think they were worth premium, even though the buildings were right up to par for the state of SL at time.
The second time I had a look I was bored out of my skull, there are very few unique features in the landscaping, everything feels rather flat (textures, the land, etc) I would not have enjoyed living there.

Belliseria is much, very much different, but it takes a visit to the old Linden Homes regions to actually understand HOW different it is. So I can recommend it.
To get to one of the old Linden Home areas, I would personally start at the (premium) Sandbox Artifex then fly north or east. Or TP to Kellek where three home styles meet and explore from there.
