Hi, my name is Sans and I am looking to split a residential quarter sim with someone, my home requires more space than is available in a smaller parcel but a full quarter is more than I need.

 here is the full  parcel info..16384m lot/3750 prims/L$5,550 a week

so, we will basically cut the lot, the prims and the price in half
