Don't want saved name and password--how to revert back?

Hi, I had Windows upgrades on my laptop yesterday and when I logged into SL via Firestorm today, all of my settings were back to default for preferences etc. Also, the log in page had the boxes checked to save my username and password. However, I did not notice that at first, so I logged in. When I logged out and went to log in again, I noticed the boxes were prefilled with my info. I have been looking on the FS wiki but can't find how to unsave my username and password, I do not want them prefilled.
