Viewer doesn't work with Nvidia RTX 2070

Hi everyone

I would appreciate some help. Having troubles with my new computer: can't use SL (any viewer). Seems to be a problem with nvidia drivers, because when using an old driver version I can log in (whereas not for a long time). But when using the last drivers (430.64) Firestorm (or the official viewer or singularity...) shows the main screen and go black. It is necesary to close it via windows tasks manager.

Tried some different configurations using Nvidia Control Panel, but nothing changes.

Computer characteristics:

AMD Ryzen 7 2700X

Asus TUF B450M-Pro Gaming

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 3000Mhz

MSI RTX 2070 Armor 8GB

SSD Samsung 860 EVO 500GB M.2

Seagate Barracuda 2TB - 3.5" SATA HD

 

Is someone else having troubles with this graphics card?

 I have this NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 and as of starting today it seems SL has started to crash my card or something. It does that when i close out SL

i have a question did you update to the new Windows 10, version 1903 that could be your problem .

Nope. Windows 1809. And my problem isn't the same: in my case, viewer dosn't start or it starts and freezes inmediately.

Okey, finnaly my completely new computer stopped and I should send it to the seller... RAM memory fail. Now no porblema at all with SL. I don't understand how the hidden problem with the RAM was causing problems with SL viewres, but it was. SO, the problem is not the RTX 2070.
