Need some guidance: Making glowing tattoos for Aesthetic body

I kinda have no starting point, but a friend of mine almost years ago now took an upper body from an older mesh body and he toyed with it. Basically i wear 2 bodies and 1 is made invisible say for the tattoos which glow and it looks amazing. Never really tried anything like this, have no start point just wanted to see if i could occupy my time on the weekends with this stuff

The way to make a tattoo glow is to make the tattoo layer of your body to glow. To do this, you need to edit the body, select the tattoo layer and set the desired glow amount.

This is the only way unless the HUD of the body in question has the option to set glow on the tattoo layer.

Right, i did a bad job of explaining. I meant more so, to be able to make my own tattoos and have them worn so they show up over the skin im wearing
