So I have decided  to play second life again. I have new computer then last time. But here is the thing, I played a little last night then it started lagging and then it just stopped. I try downloading the Phoenix viewer but that didn't work either. Some please help me with this please. Also it takes a long time to close as well.

I presume you mean Firestorm viewer not Phoenix but anyway  open the viewer  DO NOT LOG IN  go to HELP - ABOUT  and paste all the details here and that will help people diagnose problems with your set up

What does "that didn't work either" specifically mean? Could you login at all? If you couldn't, then the mentioned Intel bug might be the cause....
Or could you login, but you crashed again after a while inworld?

In the latter case: Quite likely that you're overstressing that laptop with your settings. Try lowering your draw distance from those 128m to 64 or so and turn off the Advanced Lighting Model for your average usage needs.

The CPU is pretty lame, you only got 4GB of RAM and the integrated graphics chip is very low end as well ... and it's a laptop, which is quite likely to overheat under too much load.

It's the bug Cindy said above.

Intel need to fix this bug in their graphics driver, but for now you can work around it by rolling back to graphics driver version 24.20.100.6025  from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27680/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10

Does that fix it?

If you don't want to roll back the graphics driver, then another alternative until the bug is fixed is to use a 32bit version of Firestorm (or any other 32bit viewer).
All 64bit viewers are going to give you the same problem I'm afraid.
