Wedding season is in full swing, and that means a whole lot of engaged couples are scurrying around to finalize arrangements for their big day. Want to share in their bliss and happy day? You could if you worked for a company that caters to the behemoth that is the wedding industry and is one of the number one choices for Second Life couples!

♡ RP Servers/Spa Attendants: You can create an experience in text, show personality while ensuring that the client is able to take part in the Roleplay. Not only do you bring your "self" to any scenario, but you are flexible, roll with the punches and can Roleplay dinners or spa experiences (2 positions available)

♡ Sales Chat Moderators: Be a part of the front line assisting clients. Answering their questions and helping them to choose the best package and venue for their special day. This is a commission based role at 10% on all services. (FYI Folks, you could earn over 4k in a matter of 10 minutes!!) You are not required to sit in our showroom but you are required to answer questions professionally and look professional once you go meet up with the clients. Must use Discord. (4 positions available)

♡ Wedding Planner/Coordinator: A wedding planner’s duties vary, from finding a venue for the ceremony to making sure the wedding party is dressed and ready on the big day. You will be the one that takes control and leads the team to ensure that everything is running on time and to the highest quality. Not only will you be a huge part of the couples planning and the day of, but you will be the one that knows everything about that wedding and ensuring that their day is as perfect as it can be. Working alongside management, you will do a consultation, rehearsal and the wedding day for every event! Obviously this is one of the most varied roles we have so a must is the ability to adjust, take responsibility and do it while wearing a poker face (Lady Gaga style!) is a must! (2 positions available)

♡ Photographer/Capturer of memories: As a photographer, you are one of the most creative parts of this business. You can see angles, beauty and Wind lights like no one else can and uses them to better your craft. Signing on to work with us, is not the end of your own business. We want to foster a relationship with you so you truly can have it all! A good Flickr, turn around time and positive, professional attitude is a must for this role as photos is a huge part of a couples wish list on the day of their wedding day - We allow our couples to choose the photographers that matches with their personal style best (0 positions available)

♡ DJ: We work with some of the best DJ's around SL - the DJ Hall of fame is definitely showed off here! Versatility, personality and the ability to be as professional as you can be while showing off your unique style is a big one here. You must be willing to voice and make announcements and work well within a team environment as well as independently (0 positions available)

We believe in cross-training and will offer opportunities to all staff to keep training and learning other roles so they can earn while they learn as well as really become a part of the company. This is not like any other business. We will push and challenge you, we will believe in you, we will laugh and dance around and we will work hard to make sure you find your feet quickly and confidently. We do not just want a bunch of employees, we want this to be your home (that you leave sometimes to do other fun things!)

You know . . . I can't believe I'm saying this . . . but I'm actually considering applying. The professionalism is appealing, notwithstanding typos. And who doesn't love a wedding? And I'm saying this as someone who has turned down pretty much every job I've been offered for at least 1+ years. I can't believe I'm actually thinking about it. 

But regardless of whether I decide apply or not in the next few days, let me voice appreciation for an impressive recruiting pitch. 

One question. You have positions advertised but listed as 0 vacancies. Does that mean no applications considered or does that mean no real vacancies but still would consider someone if the right person came along?

Thank you so much! Not only do we know that there are so many job listings that they tend to blend but we want to really let our personalities shine! To answer your question, the positions listed with (0) openings are "currently" full. You know how SL is though, that can change at any time so while we may not be seeking a DJ today, we may next week so we always hang on to those applications :)  And thank you all for the overwhelming response. We are going through applications as quickly as we can at this time and will be reaching out to each of you as soon as possible.

Thank you so much for all of the applications submitted. At this time we currently have no more openings for Server, Spa Attendant, Officiant, DJ, Sales Chat Mods or Photographers. 

We are however still accepting applications for Coordinators:

Depending on what you are seeking as far as a position, there may still be a spot open for you! the old forms are taken down as our needs change, and this particular post is over a half a year old!

So the greatest thing happened, this post got bumped and reminded me that YES we do need more staff! We are just about to dive into the beginning of Wedding Season and we are already busier than we said we would allow! Before we keep passing up even more weddings lets add to our already super awesome team!! Some things have changed, Here are the following positions we are hiring for:

Wedding Coordinators (Seeking 2): In order to perform this role you must be able to voice as you will be the one barking out the orders for your clients weddings. You must be super detailed oriented and ridiculously friendly. Be compassionate and understanding. And know how to be there for your clients when they need you. 

Coordinators perform the Bridal Consult meeting, the Rehearsal and The Wedding. This is a paid plus 100% tips role. We do offer full training. 

 

Wedding Photographers (Seeking 2): It takes a person with a good eye for lighting and position to do a beautiful studio shot. It takes an entirely different person to do shots at a wedding. You much have patience, be assertive, be super organized and communicate well. We have several highly skilled photographers on staff but they are just getting bogged down with work and it will get worse. SO we are looking for a couple that already have the skills needed and we can just train them on how to do weddings. This is a paid plus 100% tips role.
