Se voce já tem no seu perfil, sinalizado com Informações de Pagamento e liberou acesso, e ainda assim não tem acesso, verifica primeiro  qual mensagem de erro exatamente recebe - ao tentar acessar.  As mensagens indicam motivo e sinalizam o caminho para resolver. Ou  voce também pode acessar >> https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new  e enviar um pedido ao suporte para verificar e obter ajuda.
