credit not showing up on paypal

So i processed some credit and it says the transaction was completed but the money is not showing up in my papal account nor in my bank account. where is my money?

That's a good question, Miko.  If the money doesn't show up in your PayPal account within a day, I'd call LL Billing, at 800-294-1067 or 703-286-6277.  Have any transaction details from both your SL $USD Transaction log and from your PayPal account handy.

Thank you for your help! i called and it turns out on rare occasion the credit comes in an email and you have to accept the money in the email, it links you to paypal where you sign in and then you go to the front page of your paypal account and click the "accept payment" button.

Miko, that sounds really strange.

If you called LL of course, then it's almost certainly OK.  But I never click links in an email.  I always browse to websites manually, especially my banking sites.  Too many emails these days are "phishing" scams.

someone can answer me because he does not accept linden lab my credit card, .. I call my bank and he tells me that my card is ok, .. I am new in the purchase of lindens, .. and I wanted to buy but he sends me to invoice information I put all my data when registering the credit card and it tells me that it was accepted satisfactorily, ... then what happens that sends me an error when I want to use the card ???

If you are trying to use a debit card or a prepaid card of any kind, it will almost certainly fail.  Most debit cards and prepaid cards are incompatible with the LL accounting system, even if they have a VISA logo.  Those cards may be accepted initially, but will usually fail the first time that you use them to buy L$.

It really depends on a lot of factors.  Did you try to add your credit card and have it verified as a payment method.  Read the knowledge base.  Your question is not relevant to this OPs thread

If it is a real credit card, yes.  If is is a prepaid card, probably not, even with a VISA logo.  Exactly as I said before.

All you say i did it,... About you say me Rolig ,.. i have confirmed with my bank,..  and is not prepaid,... And Jeremy ,... Linden lab is giving us a series of problems that we may have when registering our payment cards, ... but at the time of registering they do not say exactly what the problem is ... I have been communicating with my bank ... and they It says that my card is fine and I can use it in the USA, .. I already sent a report to a soperte but they do not send me an answer, ... I try to buy lindens every day and I do not accept the card, ... ((((
