A island / sandbar type setup on the upper east side of the Bellisseria continent - still officially part of the new continent.

I've noticed that a lot of them are mostly on sand with barely any grass.... any way to fix it?

Nope - you cannot landscape.  You can abandon and try for a new one, but that is your only option if you don't like the landscape of what you get.
