Well underpriced for the area, with surrounding parcels going for 100L per metre plus. 864m parcel on canal. 50k. Double prim.

Way too high. Even on Zindra, land mostly changes hands around L$7/m^2. There are higher asking prices, but few pay them. Parcels asking more than L$10/m^2 seem to stay unsold for over a year.

Bay City land prices seem to be their own little market, and parcels do get bought and sold there for much higher L/m2 amounts than just about anyplace else on mainland (with the exception perhaps of Horizons).  Parcels in the L$50 K - L$60 K range in Bay City are usually on the low end of the asking price scale, from what I've seen over the last several years.
