When in second life, I try and get help and get a message "cannot connect to host"

When trying to access help in sl, it comes up with a pink screen and says cannot access host

Someone else posted a similar problem, it seemed to work ok on a different viewer.

Try another one of the official viewers from: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Supported_Viewers

Or one of the Third Part Viewers from: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Third_Party_Viewer_Directory

Hello reddeb. Just now i checked out the Help in world for Viewer 2 and it works perfectly for me. It's no something about you have NOT to worry. Maybe a glitch. You can try relog.
