SOLVED! How to delete account "on hold"?

My friend's account is temporary on hold (3days). He took it personal as humilation and dont want to wait and wants to delete his account but cannot get access to this option. Submitting ticket will take some time so there is no difference waiting for this or that.

This is a resident-to-resident help area, so there isn't anything anyone here would be able to do to change whether your friend has option to the delete account option or not.  If it's just 3 days, I would suggest your friend wait out the 3 days and then go in and delete their account.

I wasnt asking for your particular help or assistance. Not going to explain you anything. You will always see what you want to see. And I am glad too.
