You can charge less for an item on marketplace than inworld, just do not charge more for it on marketplace than inworld, this is the only way to violate ToS through price. I believe you are allowed a small markup to cover SLM commission amounts, that is all.

Speaking purely as a business professional, I would advise you to keep your pricing consistent everywhere as much as possible. It is easier for your customers to understand and will lead to more sales in the long run if you just try to keep your prices stable and unchanging.

Actually AFAIK you cannot add a markup to cover the commission, that would violate the TOS.
