Still adding finishing touches to the sim but Faded Island is a Community for Music Lovers, Horse Enthusiasts, Stoners, Beach Combers and Explorers! Many activities you will find here are listed below.

Our homes are parcelled off to allow you the freedom to control your own music stream and access your ban list. Beach huts, Barn Stalls and Barn Attics are not parcelled, however. Extra prims available upon request.

My rentals are 4L a prim. I know this rent is high, but I like to think I am selling you an experience and a lifestyle, not just some prims on a parcel and a nice home. Tenants and Guests are free to use the whole sim, just be sure to please tidy up prims that aren't in your parcel.

Please note that this sim is designed to be walked on foot, not cammed around. There is a lot of fauna to see here and a lot of hidden spots on the sim, so a good computer and internet connection for exploring off the path is recommended. ❤
