looking for a second person to be owner of a new sim/club im going to open soon would prefer if you had some knowledge in ruining a club all tips rent etc would be split 50/50 sim is owned bye me i also might open few new sims for rentals later if your interested in that too send me a message in world princess9988 Resident i dont check the forums often serious offers only

Princess, I think you need to slow down a little and double check what you're writing before hitting "submit".  This position sounds important - owner (or co-owner?) of a new club on a new region and you ask for serious offers only.  Yet your writing style and spelling don't seem to reflect that importance and seriousness.  You are also asking for some knowledge in "ruining" a club which I could probably do without prior knowledge, but I'm sure that's not what you meant to write. When you are looking for a serious business partner, language and the ability to write well do matter.

You mentioned you already own the sim.  Some information about your vision for the club would be helpful, along with information about whether it has been built yet, or if you're waiting for a partner to provide input and direction, and so forth.  Someone may be interested in managing an adult only entertainment club, but not managing a blues club, for example.

I do wish you well in your endeavor, and hope that you are able to find a good partner to help you bring your ideas to fruition.

. . . and the point of her entire post went right over your head.

If you're not prepared to take your time and get it right or answer questions on your business venture, how do you honestly expect someone else to take you seriously?
