I can't get sl viewer 2 or phoenix view to load

I had to reload everything onto My computer and now sl won't load at all ..help please

Can you explain more details of what you did and what is happening with the viewers, also what computer do you have?

When you say they won`t load what do you mean exactly - How far into the login process do you get and what are any error messages you receive?
