I just got a premium account. It says one of the benefits is having access to live chat? How do I access live chat?

During working hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, you can get  Live Chat from the Support page here.  Well, here is ... click the Second Life icon at the top of this page and then follow the menu links for Help >>> Support >> Live Chat.  Or just click the support link at the right side of any page in the forums (unless you are in a thread, like this one).

How does the voice morphing work? I keep getting an error message to try later.

Voice morphing has been unavailable for quite some time now.  Sorry, I have no idea when it will be fixed and available again.  If having voice morphing is important to you, you can buy the same morph engine that LL uses from Screaming Bee Software: https://screamingbee.com/product/MorphVOX.aspx  It costs about $40, but the advantages are that you don't have to pay a subscription fee (as Basic members do, to use LL's morphs) and you don't have to pick one of a limited set of voices, you can customize all the parameters.

Go to the Land Manager section on this web site, just below the Account section. Click on Linden Home.
