I decided I wasn't happy with the view from Debi's Stilt. There were just too many OW stilts blocking the view. So I abandoned and tried again. It took me two tries over two days to get this little gem.

This sets on a little narrow island. Across the tiny pond my neighbors house sits facing mine. It's really a lovely spot with trees, grasses, and flowers mixed in. The landscaping is so lovely I hardly added anything to my own yard other than some beach grass.

My little add on deck fits perfectly in the curve of the beach that flows around the back of my home.

And now instead of three rows of OW homes as my view, I look across a channel to a little island with lovely landscaping and homes. I've hardly begun furnishing this home. Real life has been difficult since Christmas, but I'm hoping things settle down enough so that I can spend some time playing in my new home soon.

Attention - Picture heavy! 

A little insight into my place in Margaritaville. 🌴🍹
I think I lucked out with this one. I was able to do some tropical landscaping, but still got the ocean on the back. (in front, too!) Also - a car rez zone right in front of the house, and a boat rez zone just on the opposite of my back deck.

Amazing!!  I must be doing something wrong, lol....after i got done the outside and only one room partially furnished, I was out of prims, ugh.  Will have to rethink everything

Wow!  Just looking at the photos feels like a vacation in a tropical paradise!  You've done this amazing location proud and what a treat it will be to see your lovely place when Rezzing vehicles!

Lol, I am so OCD about detail, I tend to go overboard. Another mistake most likely is, I love using Nutmeg furniture...not exactly low prim   Thank you for the compliment ❤️

You made a lovely place!  Very nice decorating taste and I really like the way you divided its space.  I love big rooms and open spacious living space but I'm often confounded by how to divide it so I also love seeing what other people come up with and yours has generated a lot of inspiration.  I love that kitchen a LOT!

Thank you! It was a struggle for me at first. It took me a few hours to finally decide on where to put certain "areas" of the home.
