For days now all i get is

This seems to be happening a lot recently & when you try to buy L$ using the account credit it charges your CC again and gives you more credit. It would appear that something is broken.

You can use one of the other approved exchanges to buy L$ http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/L$_Marketplace and use Process Credit to send your account credit to Paypal or call the Billing number and ask for it to be credited back to your CC. As it was not the transaction your wanted, your CC may even be able to recall the money.

that's strange, because i use phoenix viewer and all i get is " this viewer is not configured to do this" or " you cannot buy Linden dollars with this viewer" i could before and it is bloody annoying as the other way to do it is time consuming (relatively)

@wiked, the inworld button on various viewers seems to inactive sometimes, you can always go directly to Lindex when that button doesn`t work https://secondlife.com/my/lindex/buy.php?
