WANTED: Homestead Parcel with region ban

I'm looking for a parcel to rent on an adult homestead, around 1500 prims. It is essential to have region ban rights.

 

I'm hoping someone out there can help please!

What help?
If you just rent a parcel, you never will be able to set up ban lines for the whole  region. If that would be technically possible, you could ban my friends from my parcel, too.

If you are ok with ban rights on your parcel only, get one of that 1/4 sims you can find everywhere. Count Burks has a lot of beautiful ones, German Land Holding, too...
All of them have about 1500 prims, and cost around 2K Lindens a week.
