Only General?

Hello!

I'm new; for some reason it doesn't allow me to select the Moderate checkbox in my preferences? I'm not old enough for Adult, but supposedly it allows everyone to do Moderate.

Anything I can do to fix it? I already redownloaded the viewer to make sure it was from the official site & reopened it.

if you are aged 13-17  you can only access general regions

If you are 18 you can access moderate and adult regions

Land and other content in Second Life is rated  General,  Moderate, or  Adult. By default, new Residents aged 18 or older have access to General and Moderate content, and Residents aged 16 or 17 have access to General content.

And if you accidentally mistyped your birthday when you joined, you can submit a support case to explain what happened.  Expect some skepticism because ... well, who can't remember her own birthday?   So, the Lab may ask you to send a photocopy of some official document to prove who you are and what your real age is.
