Boat launcher

These exist in real life. Called a "marine railway". Can't find one in SL, though.

I want something like this for a Linden Home with beach access. The parcel boundary is onshore, and I can't rez a boat in the water or build a dock. So I'd like something like this. Keep the boat in the cradle, and to launch it, extend the track out over Linden land temporarily and move the boat out into the water. Reverse the process to dock. Useful little gadget. If no one has ever built such a thing, I might.

That's a neato idea, though I predict most people wanting to do the boat thing in the new LL homes will just go for the houseboats as they have the water-space to rez or keep-rezzed a bat or two. My point being that it is unlikely a creator will create something like this for lack of demand so you may have to create it for yourself then maybe sell it as a niche product (as I imagine there are places all over the grid that meet your description for needing one).
