Problem charging payment

Did you click the button that says "See our Billing FAQ for common solutions to billing problems"?  If not, I suggest doing that first.  The most common reasons for a failure are (1) not have a verified payment method on file with Linden Lab and (2) using a prepaid credit card or a debit card instead of a regular approved credit card.  Even if you may have used a non-standard card in the past, it will probably not work today if you have changed any information in it (including the expiration date).  If you are using PayPal or Skrill, check to be sure that you actually have a cash balance with them or that you have provided them with a source of funds.

Also, your credit card might be at its limit, or past its expiration date.

Note:  I recommend that you don't buy $L in such small quantities.  There is a transaction fee of $1.49 regardless of the transaction size.  When purchasing $10.00 worth, that fee is more than 10% of your purchase.
