The best course of action is to contact the seller directly.  Craft a polite and direct notecard with the pertinent information from your Transaction History pasted into it.  Walk through the steps that led to your issue and request a refund.  Many sellers are very busy but my experience is that 99% of them will help you out.  If you do not hear from the seller in a 2-3 days, send another notecard.  Be persistent.

It once took me nearly two months to get a refund from someone.  This was 10K.  So, of course, balance the amount with your loss tolerance level.  Good luck.

Check your Order History in the Marketplace to see how many items and the total cost that it claims were delivered to you. If the numbers don't match up with what you were actually charged, then create a ticket https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ including copies of the Order History and your Transaction History to show the discrepancy.
