To increase the chance finding a partner for you, give more info. Imagine yourself as a CEO of a corporation. If you would like to attract the attention of potential partners, you need to describe your brand, your vision, the direction you want to go along. Since you are looking for someone with similiar ideas and taste, first you need to describe yours.
