This is a resident-to-resident forum, so you are talking to all the rest of us, not to Linden Lab.  When you want to ask Linden Lab about a problem, you may submit a support case or (if you are a Premium member) call Live Chat.

In this case, I suggest taking steps yourself to recover any inventory that may be missing from your local cache.  Read here >>> https://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_missing_inventory

And here  http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Linden_Lab_Official:I_appear_to_be_missing_inventory_that_I_know_should_be_there._What_do_I_do%3F

You can resolve most inventory issues yourself by following these suggestions.

Johann,

We are not Linden Lab employees here.  This is a resident-to-resident help forum; we can't do anything to "recover all your deleted items", only offer advice.

If you have put items in your Trash folder and then emptied it, there is nothing anyone can do...those items are gone, gone, gone forever.

If your inventory is missing items or folders, but you didn't delete them, there are several possibilities.

  • In your inventory window, click the gear icon and choose "Reset Filters".  This often makes "missing" inventory bits re-appear.
  • If you are using an older viewer version, update it.  LL recently made a change which will make older viewers fail to show a lot of your inventory.
  • If those don't work, see this page for other things to try: https://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_missing_inventory
  • If none of the above helps, contact Linden Lab for technical support by filing a support case.  To do that, see the Help menu in your Dashboard page on this site.
