Major Problem with my avatar

Hello, Im not new.

From the blues, today my avatar started to rezz like this:

Then I rebake, reload shape (in shape edit mode) and in seconds shows like this:

But the rest of the world still sees me like a cloud, like the old times.

I tried "changing brows" that was the more functional trick around, and used to work, but

they see me like this after I finally load:

The alphas are on its place, had both, one for the mesh head, and one for maitreya, changed it to whole body, but nothing changes.

Happens in Both, official LL viewer and Firestorm viewer.

What can I do?

I Also tried to go the main character/avatar wheni started, and looks completely grey, like the first gyazo.

What is this about?

I tried everything already.
cleared cache, re installed LL viewer, deleted all FS viewer.

Please help.

Yes, and cganging all the items above, removed Lara, hair, mesh eyes, changed skin, hairbase, etc, still looks like this

in on of the locations, after clearing and retreiving cache.

i'd say start with this, your graphic card if fine for sl, but not top notch ( i use it too at home, at work, as now i use a gt640)

drawdistance : at most 128 ( still covers a whole sim when in the middle 240 will try to render up to 10 (!) sims
bandwith : at most 1000
lod could be lower too
render quality.. keep as is, could try mid/high
ALM off or on... but i'd say off now

I opened a jira case. It's crazy that my main account works fine, and this has this issue from the blues.

I suspect you have inventory corruption, specifically with your Current Outfit folder.
This can cause your avatar bakes to fail for yourself & observers.
Most likely cause is you have 2 Current Outfit folders in your inventory - you may not be able to see both folders though.

Contact Linden Lab support & ask them to check your inventory for corruption.
If you do have corruption, it can be easily fixed, so don't worry.

When you go into edit mode, you see the local avatar bakes on your screen.
Because your server bake is failing you still see yourself correctly after exiting edit mode but observers see your broken bake.
The avatar shape is part of the bake, that's why observers see you wearing a funky shape.

One way to easily see if you very likely have Current Outfit folder corruption is:
Activate the Advanced menu in the viewer with CTRL+ALT+D.
Advanced -> Show debug settings.
Set the debug setting DebugAvatarAppearanceMessage to TRUE
You will then see some floating text above your head like this.

Take a screenshot like mine above clearly showing all the floating text & post the image here.
After doing that, set the debug DebugAvatarAppearanceMessage back to FALSE again.

The info in the floating text shows, among other things, your local & requested & received COF (current outfit folder) versions.
In your case I'm expecting to see the different COF versions are way off.

and how do I correct that? I'm using FS viewer atm, and thank you Whirly, but would should I say LL about the corruption?

Just to check my inventory for corruption? In Technical Issues?

Yes.  You can give support a link to this forum thread.
Tell support you suspect that (or that annoying Whirly Fizzle person suspects that :P) you have a corrupted Current Outfit folder on the affected account and ask them to check your inventory for corruption.
Support are familiar with this problem & will know what to do - it's a quick fix.

I met with Heaven inworld - she has Inventory corruption.

Notes for support:

1) It looks very likely Heaven has 2 Current Outfit folders in her Inventory - though only one is visible in the viewer.
Her local & requested COF versions are 8590 & incrementing correctly when she changes avatar appearance.
However her received COF version is stuck on 85 & never increments.
Hence she has total bake fail.
Deleting the duplicated COF folder should fix it I think.

2) Heaven can receive any single assets another avatar shared with her.
However she cannot receive any folders shared with her.
This is another classic sign of inventory corruption.

Please can you check her inventory for corruption & run the repair scripts.

I have a very similar problem. I can see myself only as a boiling orange cloud but other people can see me. I cannot detach attachments, and when I change my outfit, the new attachments add but the old ones are not getting removed. Same problem on two different computers.

I have tried the DebugAvatarAppearanceMessage trick and this is what I get:
