You must first sell or abandon your current land, then you can get a different parcel.

Do you mean your Linden Home?  Certainly.

1. Stand in your home.

2. Pick up all your stuff, one thing at a time, and take it back into your inventory.

3. Open World >>. About Land >> General

4. Click Abandon Land

5. Go out and play.  Or ask for a new home, the same way you asked for the last one.  Or go and buy land on the Mainland and build a house there.
