Banned residents

Hello,

I have a group, without land, and banned a member by mistake. How do I remove this member from the list of banned people?

Open your group's profile and go to the Roles & Members tab.  Within that, select the Banned Residents tab.  Find the person and remove her name from the list.

Thank you Rolig, how do I remmove her name from the lis? When I click right on the name, I don't see any option

You should be able to simply highlight the name and delete it, assuming that you are the group's owner or have been given that ability by the owner.

I'm the group's owner, but I can't delete the name.

That's odd. Never having banned anyone from my own group, I can't speak from personal experience, but that's certainly the process that works for removing residents from other banned lists ( in About Land or the Region/Estate tool, for example ).  At this point, I suggest submitting a support case or contacting Live Chat (if you are a Premium member).  Unless some other helpful person chimes in here....
