How do I pay my tier and my premium account ?

Both tier and premium get charged to your credit card on their due date. So just have your credit card info up to date. The alternative would be to cash out Lindens (if you are earning some) and have that turn into US dollars which will show up in your account. US dollars are used FIRST before billing credit card. 

So your choice.

Ahoy there, Cap'n!

Both tier and Premium dues are paid automatically, until and unless you sell or abandon your land, or downgrade from Premium to Basic.  Money is taken first from your $USD Balance, if you have any.  If there's not enough there to cover the charges, your payment method is charged for the balance.
